Caroline Sellars is the director of finance and operations at ECPR Texas.
Prior to joining ECPR, Sellars worked for 10+ years with local nonprofits. Starting as a grant accountant, she advanced to finance director roles, working closely with senior staff and board members. She has a keen eye for financial details and how they come together to tell a bigger story. She loves teaching others and is always looking for ways to make complex financial data easier to understand.
Sellars grew up in Houston and earned her bachelor’s degree from Rhodes College in Memphis. After a short time in Washington, D.C., she moved back to Texas and has been a happy Austinite ever since. When she’s not at the office, she enjoys chasing her two young kids and relaxing with a cup of tea.
