Francisca “Cissy” Saenz is an account executive at ECPR Texas, where she supports a range of high-profile clients including the Austin Transit Partnership, Las Palmas Del Sol Healthcare, Mark VI Capital – The District and Zilker Theatre Productions. She brings a dynamic background in media relations, nonprofit strategy and event planning, with a strong focus on community impact to the team.
Prior to joining ECPR Texas, Saenz served four years as director of memberships and events at the RGV Hispanic Chamber of Commerce in her hometown of McAllen, Texas. In that role, she oversaw all national and international digital, broadcast and public relations media initiatives.
Saenz holds a Bachelor of Arts in sociology from St. Edward’s University in Austin and is an alumna of the Leadership McAllen Class XLIII. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active, volunteering, traveling, exploring Austin’s vibrant food scene and spending time with her two dogs, Brody and Dutch.
