Saliyah Parker is an account executive at ECPR Texas, where she supports clients including Google Fiber, the Texas Access to Justice Foundation and Workforce Solutions Capital Area. She applies her expertise in public relations, strategic communications, and content strategy to client work, with an emphasis on messaging development, narrative storytelling, and stakeholder engagement.
Before joining ECPR, Parker worked at Sarver Strategies, where she developed messaging frameworks and strategic content to strengthen client narratives and drive audience connection. She also supported internal realignment efforts at Austin Community College, helping to implement the institution’s newly evolved values through cross-college collaboration.
Parker graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in public relations from Texas State University and currently serves as vice president of recruitment on the board of directors for Women Communicators of Austin.
Originally from North Louisiana, she enjoys exploring Austin, spending time with family and friends, and staying active in local professional and civic communities.
