Kat Griffith joined ECPR Texas in September 2014 and has more than 15 years of public relations experience. As vice president, Griffith leads strategy for clients including St. David’s HealthCare, Texas Health Action, Ballet Austin, and Texas Water Utilities, among others.
Prior to joining ECPR Texas, Griffith spent six years in New York City developing and executing PR campaigns for national and global brands including Capital One, Timberland, Gillette, The Art of Shaving and Hewlett-Packard. Griffith played a key role in the execution of product launches geared towards young trendsetters– which included brand repositioning for Timberland, the launch of VenusEmbrace Disposables (the first five-bladed disposable razor), and the GilletteFusion ProGlide razor.
Griffith is affiliated through advocacy work with The Human Rights Campaign, United Way Women United, Communities In Schools Of Central Texas and Leander Chamber of Commerce. She is a graduate of the Leander Chamber of Commerce Leadership Leander Class of 2019.
Griffith graduated in May 2008 from The University of Texas with a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations.
