Founded in 1995 by Elizabeth Christian, ECPR Texas began as a boutique firm with bold ambitions. Under the leadership of CEO Kristin Marcum, we’ve grown into one of the most trusted public relations firms in Texas—helping civic leaders, institutions and communities navigate complexity and drive impact.

What to Expect

  • We work on monthly retainers based on the complexity and scale of your needs.

  • Our minimum engagement is $10,000/month for at least six months.

  • We are not registered lobbyists but frequently collaborate with lobby teams.

  • We work best with a single point of contact and access to executive leadership.
