ECPR Texas (formerly Elizabeth Christian Public Relations) is a public relations firm specializing in projects involving media relations, video production, legislative and grassroots efforts, digital marketing, event planning and crisis communications. We are dedicated to developing and delivering measurable communication strategies that align with our clients’ objectives.

History
ECPR was founded in 1995 by Elizabeth Christian. We grew over the next 25+ years from a couple of employees and a handful of clients to one of the largest public relations firms in Texas. In 2022, ECPR was acquired by long-time President Kristin Marcum. Following the acquisition, Marcum was named CEO. Christian remains involved in an Of Counsel role.
We are known for handling successful, results-oriented projects that employ a wide array of communication tools, including media outreach; digital campaigns, ranging from influencer engagement to web development and social media strategies and execution; community outreach, including coalition development; video production; crisis communications and ad buying, among others.
We have won numerous awards from public relations and community organizations. More importantly, many of our clients have been with us for years, a real mark of pride among our team.
