Nico Ramsey is an account supervisor at ECPR Texas and an active philanthropist in Austin.
At ECPR Texas, Ramsey serves clients like the Texas Restaurant Association, Google, the Downtown Austin Alliance, Ballet Austin, Travis County ESD No. 2 and Amplify Credit Union.
Ramsey serves on the Board of Governors for the nation’s largest LGBTQ civil rights organization, the Human Rights Campaign, and is a trustee for the esteemed ZACH Theatre. He is also actively involved through committee work with the City of Austin’s Corporate Engagement Council, United Way for Greater Austin, and Leadership Austin.
Ramsey is an alumnus of the McBee Fellowship program with the Austin Area Research Organization and Leadership Austin. He has been honored with both Forbes Under 30 and Austin Under 40 awards, as well as recognized by organizations such as the Austin Chamber of Commerce, Notley Ventures, and the Association of Fundraising Professionals Austin Chapter.
Prior to joining ECPR Texas, Ramsey served as director of community relations at Velocity Credit Union. In this role, he facilitated donations to Central Texas nonprofits focused on breaking the cycle of poverty, expanding access to affordable health care and housing and promoting inclusive excellence and equal opportunity initiatives.
Ramsey earned his bachelor’s degree in mass media communication from St. Edward’s University.
