Nico Ramsey is an account supervisor at ECPR Texas and an active philanthropist in Austin.
At ECPR Texas, Ramsey serves clients like the Texas Restaurant Association, Google, the Downtown Austin Alliance, Ballet Austin, Travis County ESD No. 2 and Amplify Credit Union.
Ramsey serves on the Board of Governors for the nation’s largest LGBTQ civil rights organization, The Human Rights Campaign, Texas Jazz Society, and is on the executive board of ZACH Theater. He is also affiliated through committee work with the City of Austin’s Corporate Engagement Council, United Way for Greater Austin and Leadership Austin.
Ramsey is an alumni of the McBee Fellowship program with the Austin Area Research Organization and has been recognized by Forbes the Austin Chamber of Commerce, Notley Ventures, Austin Monthly and Association of Fundraising Professionals Austin Chapter.
Prior to joining ECPR Texas, Ramsey served as a director of community relations at Velocity Credit Union. There, he worked with Central Texas nonprofits that focused on breaking the cycle of poverty, providing access to affordable health care, and administering safe animal adoption and rehabilitation services, as well as organizations with strategic goals in diversity, equity and inclusion.
Ramsey earned his bachelor’s degree in mass media communication from St. Edward’s University.
