Jon DaSilva is a storyteller and a strong believer in the power of the moving image. With more than two decades of experience behind the camera and in the edit suite, he’s been partnering with ECPR Texas since 2016 for projects ranging from video news releases to testimonials and compelling short and long-form narrative videos.
Born and raised in Austin, DaSilva graduated from The University of Texas at Austin and was spurred on to his career in video production by his time on the athletic video staff at UT.
As the founder of Roadrunner Pictures, his passion is bringing the client’s vision to life on screen. His award-winning work has been featured on broadcast television, theater screens, DVDs and online.
Though usually behind the scenes, DaSilva has also spent some time in front of the camera, as well as doing voice work, and he will soon be releasing his first independent documentary film.
